Open-Circles are a method of creating community connections, based on traditional models of tribal meetings and restorative practice. Circles are open to public and create an energy of compassion and support by sharing our struggles, visions, and hopes for the future. Participants share as much or as little as they wish, and they leave the circle feeling grounded, emotionally-full, and with a sense of inner-peace.

We offer an array of workshops, all focusing on some element of dispute resolution. For businesses, we highlight group dynamics, diversity and inclusion, team building, and negotiation skills. Our parenting workshops guide participants to strengthening their relationships with their children. School programs are for adults (teachers, administrators, and parents) as well as students, from mid-elementary through high school and beyond. Each workshop is custom designed to address the specific concerns of the audience, and participation always enriches the experience, creating a unique energy and flavor every time.
Conflict Coaching is a one-on-one or small-group interaction where we hone in on a specific conflict that the client is facing. If the conflict is internal, we explore values, goals, and issues of identity, to get to a place of clarity and empowerment. If the conflict is external/inter-personal, then we and develop a strategy to engage with the other party and achieve optimal results. Conflict Coaching focuses on conflicts in both professional and personal realms. We offer FREE CONSULTATIONS to see if coaching is a good fit for your needs, and after this initial assessment, we offer options that are calculated either per-session or as a bulk package.

Call us! We offer FREE CONSULTATIONS to assess your issue(s) and how we can best assist. As a general rule, if you'd like to explore how to build yourself in more than one sphere and more than one relationship/interaction, then coaching is a better fit. On the other hand, if you have a pressing issue, such as an inheritance dispute between adult-siblings, then mediation may be better suited to handle the immediate situation.

Mediation is a facilitated negotiation where a neutral third-party helps both sides come to a mutually agreed upon resolution. Our style of mediation involves transforming the relationship into one that recognizes each side's needs and interests, to get to a common understanding of the issues. Sometimes, the dispute cannot be resolved with mediation. But often, with parties who are genuinely open to communicating and listening, costly litigation and court appearances can be avoided through mediation. Examples of issues ripe for mediation include:

  • small-claims business disputes
  • landlord/tenant and neighbor conflicts
  • divorce
  • elder-care
  • special-needs services
  • wills and estate disputes
  • parent-teen discipline problems

Each of our solutions help different clients, so we don't have a "standard rate". We'd love to hear from you, if you're interested and happy to answer pricing questions about a specific product - just send us a quick email at: [email protected]
