Solid workplace leadership starts with mindset, perception, and healthy communication. Being attuned leads to a Culture of Care and empowers teams to collaborate in a safe and supportive environment.
Attentive and Attuned Leadership starts with a basic overview of what being attentive means and what is included in attuned dynamics. We begin by exploring examples of abrasive and insensitive leadership and how misperceptions and misalignment leads to team breakdowns. Participants critically analyze the impact of these challenges and explore their own strengths and weaknesses. We then identify and discuss how to be attentive and attuned to team needs, processes, and interactions and end with lively and engaging exercises and case studies to build capacity around attuned leadership.
Course content includes:
- Defining attentive and attuned leadership
- Broadening perspective on what misalignment can do
- Exercises that challenge common beliefs and assumptions
- Exploration of ways to increase team cohesion and collaboration through attuned leadership

Participants in this program will have a clearer awareness of their own leadership patterns, in order to choose their behaviors and approaches more powerfully, respectfully, and mindfully, in future interactions.
