Stress and anxiety are real challenges in today’s professional workplace. Stress can be a toxic internal pollutant that is distracting and upsetting, yet it also can be a driver for bold and beneficial action, when handled and managed appropriately.
In this workshop, we identify and evaluate internal sources and forces of stress, creating a rich awareness of how stress manifests for each individual. We then introduce how to best handle the stress and apply empowering coping mechanisms. Using both psychological and behavioral activities, the program gives participants practical skills in stress management. Ultimately, these skills help participants function more effectively in the rigorous world they face.
In this workshop, participants will:
- Analyze anxiety levels and stages of stress
- Recognize stress patterns in themselves and others
- Develop new habits to reduce stress and anxiety
- Learn to differentiate between excellence and perfection
- Balance personal and professional needs and duties
- Maintain positive self-esteem and attitude
- Create personalized action-plans for handling stress
Handling toxic stress improves:
- Absenteeism and turnover rates
